Great workout app!
I like that it links to the Argus app and the apple health kit app and uses the heart rate app to record my pulse before and after each workout.
I like to alternate my daily workouts with doing the "seven minute" workout and doing yoga, so when it thinks I missed a day in my fitness plan I would like the option to log an "other workout" performed in my schedule.
Also, I think it would be great if maybe the programmers can add a "seven minute" workout routine, an aerobics routine and maybe a basic ash tanga yoga practice to the apps workout selections.
