I have been raving about this app to my friends for over a year now. I had been sedentary for so long before downloading this app and I was intimidated by the thought of going to a gym and working out around people due to how out of shape I was. This app was so easy to use. When you have a free 15 min in your bedroom, pull out the app and get a workout in. I love the breakdown of difficulties of the preset workouts. I started with a beginner-level workout and after doing it probably 3 times a week, I noticed results *quick*. IT GAVE ME RESULTS. All of a sudden I noticed my pec muscles were feeling firm, and from there it just snowballed. I got SEXY you guys. Ive always been skinny fat, and finally after using this app only a few times a week for a few months, I was toned and looking better than ever. People noticed my biceps in t-shirts. I mean, you guys dont realize how crazy that is for me.
The biggest way that this app helped me get in shape was putting together specific body weight exercises (push-ups, lunges, etc), forming a workout with how many sets and reps to do already figured out for you, and then allowing me to increase the level of difficulty once I got more in shape after using the beginner level workout I liked.
Im not kidding you, this app changed my life. GET. THIS. APP.
