Helping me get on track..

I have been doing wish washy workouts for years now that I am no longer a full time athlete with nothing competitive to conquer... No first place trophy to win.

This app has given back targets and challenges that I can choose to conquer... Knowing full well I can never best myself in the process of getting fit.
