Still the best workouts. Offline and Free.

This app changed my life. The groupings and sequences of exercises in this app are far superior to any out there. They are even better than Azumios Fitness Buddy or Argus for the sequence of exercises and how they are organized. Their newer apps routines seem randomized. Its going on two years without an update. At minimum this app needs to sync workouts properly to Apples Health.app. Cant wait.
