This is just great

I love this one so much more than the old version because its just much simpler, but still containing all those great exercises, which are quick and effective. Way better sorting. The automation that is finally built in to the app is just awesome, just hit play and a voice will direct you. Feels like having a real trainer couching you what to do. I got it on my iPad so maybe an hd version for that would be nicer, but the graphics are still great even with iPhone version. Definitely worth investing!!
