I paid for this and it hasn’t fully worked from day one. It has some real issues with syncing and data transmission, and SUPPORT SEEMS NONEXISTENT. I’ve emailed Azumio support several times, both with the app and via their other contact addresses, with screen shots of how the app gets hung up, etc. Automated response emails from them do NOT have relevant assistance, and, at their AUTOMATED request, I’ve given them my phone number. NO REAL PEOPLE RESPOND, ever. If this app had just worked the way it says it should, I would have been happy to give it five stars. It seems promising and apparently it does work for some people. NOT ME. One short phone call from them could clear this up. They even have my home address (due to in-app tracking of my walking route) and my wife and I have invited any employee who wants to take a lunch break and a short ride to our house, we would serve them lunch. Seriously. Their offices are only a few blocks away from us. We live that close. I’m tempted to just drive there, but I don’t think that’s really acceptable behavior and wouldn’t wan’t that if I was in their position. However, I would really like to hear from them. They say on their website (which actually links to a 3rd party called “get satisfaction.com/azumio_inc/topics”) that “AZUMIO EMPLOYEES ARE HERE TO HELP.” Apparently not. This is my first review. I would be very happy to be a happy customer, maybe five star happy, but someone would have to explain how their customer support was such a failure in this instance, and how they’re fixing it.
