Not locating the muscle

I downloaded the app mainly to locate the muscle exercise. This app doesnt show which part of muscle you are working on. Like on machines at the gym. This is the most important for me to know how to improve certain parts in my body.

Get ready to sweat

I did a combination of workouts lasting approximately 35 minutes and it was awesome. Super convenient and easy to follow I will definitely incorporate this into my strength training for running.

Great workouts, but some malfunctioning features

There a great number of workouts available for all muscle groups. Recording the activities within the app works well. Instructions are reliable for each workout. There are also exercises for resistance bands and dumbbells. Automatic sync has never worked with Argus, which is a sister app that records steps, and syncs with other fitness applications. I have to manually sync every time or the activity is not recorded within Argus. I have tried their premium plans which must be paid for, but they continually get stuck on an individual days workout and do not progress. I have changed phones, deleted and reinstalled the app, reset the workout schedule and contacted customer service to no avail. They had offered to extend my subscription, but I just received an email from Apple saying that it was about to end at its original expiration. Im sure its just a mixup between the two companies, but what is the point on continuing a subscription plan that is stuck on day 7? I am trying a new app, but will keep the more basic version of Instant Fitness for the workouts.

Initial Review

I have only had this app a week. Having the option to work out with/without equipment is great. For me the only thing I needed was the resistance band. (Inexpensive) though I started with the full body workout, if I feel I want to work on my legs during break at work thats all I have to target. Liking a lot so far. Will love it once I see results. I will also wrote a review in a month or so..

Great Work-Out App, work on Syncronizing

This is a very great workout app, however it is a tool. Its not like you get this, and it tells you, (what to eat, when to eat, what to work out on, when to work it out) those answers you have to find for yourselves. However, when you do you are able to utilize it to its fullest potential. The only problem I have is how it synchronizes with the iPad and iPhone, on the iPad it always says error. I just wished that was fixed

RESULTS

I have been raving about this app to my friends for over a year now. I had been sedentary for so long before downloading this app and I was intimidated by the thought of going to a gym and working out around people due to how out of shape I was. This app was so easy to use. When you have a free 15 min in your bedroom, pull out the app and get a workout in. I love the breakdown of difficulties of the preset workouts. I started with a beginner-level workout and after doing it probably 3 times a week, I noticed results *quick*. IT GAVE ME RESULTS. All of a sudden I noticed my pec muscles were feeling firm, and from there it just snowballed. I got SEXY you guys. Ive always been skinny fat, and finally after using this app only a few times a week for a few months, I was toned and looking better than ever. People noticed my biceps in t-shirts. I mean, you guys dont realize how crazy that is for me. The biggest way that this app helped me get in shape was putting together specific body weight exercises (push-ups, lunges, etc), forming a workout with how many sets and reps to do already figured out for you, and then allowing me to increase the level of difficulty once I got more in shape after using the beginner level workout I liked. Im not kidding you, this app changed my life. GET. THIS. APP.

Helping me get on track..

I have been doing wish washy workouts for years now that I am no longer a full time athlete with nothing competitive to conquer... No first place trophy to win. This app has given back targets and challenges that I can choose to conquer... Knowing full well I can never best myself in the process of getting fit. Love it !!!

Great Easy to Use App

Ive been using this app everyday for the past 3-4 weeks with a healthy diet and my results have been fantastic. So nice having workouts I can do on the road at hotels. Workout plans for body weight, dumbbell and resistance bands.

Instant abs app = very happy and fit man!

Best fitness app I have ever seen. I would recommend this app to anybody!!

Cross app syncing and compatibility could use some work. Not too bad overall, though.

Great workout routine App!

This App is great for having a vast amount of different workout routines--which is what you want for the best workout you can get--it never grows old which can sometimes lead to complacency when it comes to working out. In addition, I havent even been able to scratch the surface of the different workouts as Im currently slowed by injury. Cant wait to get back into it!

Great way to start your day!

I really enjoy this application. It has a great variety of exercises so you dont get bored of the same old routine. I recommended from experienced athletes to beginners.

Best exercise app ever!

I had gone through a lot of exercise apps, and was looking for one that would motivate me to do the workout each day and went at my pace. This app did it all! You can choose what area you want to work out, start a workout program (which I did, and I love it) and see the results. Im feeling better than ever!

iPhone 6s Plus optimization needed

It used to be a nice app. Now its time for an update to earn 5 star.

Great Customizable Workout!

Love the step by step instruction and animation. Lots of choices for exercises, broken out by body part, with or without equipment. My only obstacle is myself!
